Shipping Policy

1. FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $85

2. Flat rate standard shipping of $15.95 for all Australian orders under $85

3. Same day dispatch on orders placed before 12:00pm on in-stock items *Due to courier availability and the Covid-19 Pandemic, unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed at this time.

It’s so important to us that you receive your delivery as soon as possible. We’re doing our best to get your orders to you quickly, however, due to increased volumes our delivery partners are experiencing some delays – so you may notice your order taking a little longer than usual to reach you.

General information

  • Shipping times stated may vary according to courier time frames and zones and does not include order processing time
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team

International Shipping

  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be
  • For NZ customers and NZ deliveries:
    • We will collect GST on your purchase, however customs may still charge you import duties, levies and fees.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse at Eagle Farm. Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service. For the most detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your countries courier website directly

How long will my order take to arrive?

What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday – Friday and excludes public holidays.

If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mailroom or reception for your parcel.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

How to track your parcel

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes the tracking number that you will be able to use to track your order.

Returns Policy

We are dedicated to delivering high quality, luxury products to our customers. We apologise if for some reason your order is not up to standard and ask you read and follow the steps below. Please note that our Returns Policy applies only to Number 4 Hair Care products that were purchased from us at www.number4haircare.com.au.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about an item, we may offer a store credit or a refund, provided that:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • The request is made via our Returns Form on our website
  • That you provide satisfactory proof of purchase
  • The product is in resaleable condition (unopened, unused, with all original packaging attached/intact and where the products seal is not broken or tampered); and
  • the item is not an ‘Excluded Goods’ as detailed below

Excluded Goods

Returns and exchanges will not be provided on the following types of merchandise, except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Hair Accessories/tools
  • Items marked as ‘sale’
  • Pouchette (7.5ml) sizes

Customers eligible to return items can select from either a refund (to original payment method) or a store credit. Please ensure you complete and submit your Returns Form via our website within 14 days of purchase and you meet all our returns criteria.

If returning for a refund or store credit you will be required to pay the $15.95 return shipping rate and your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after.

Faulty/Defective Product

If an item is found to be defective or faulty, you will be required to lodge your return by completing the Returns Form and select ‘Faulty’ as the reason from the drop down options. In order to assist us in facilitating the returns process, you may be required to upload clear images of the damage, defect or fault for us to assess and process your return.

If the item is confirmed to have a defect, we will provide you with a replacement, refund or online store credit on the faulty item. We will require that you return the defective or faulty item to Boujee Standard by post (at our expense) and we will contact you to provide further information regarding this process.

Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some items if there is no longer stock available. 

Incorrect item

If an item is found to be incorrect due to a packing/processing error, you will be required to lodge your return by completing the Returns Form and select ‘Incorrect Product’’ as the reason from the drop down options. In order to assist us in facilitating the returns process, you may be required to upload clear images of the item you received, for us to assess and process your return.

If the item is confirmed to be incorrect due to a packing/processing error, we will provide you with a replacement, refund or online store credit on the item. We will require that you return the incorrect item to Boujee Standard by post (at our expense) and we will contact you to provide further information regarding this process.

Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some items if there is no longer stock available.

Returns Tender

Store Credit

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months before expiry

Refunds

  • If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as the original payment method
  • Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers

Amendment

This Policy may be amended from time to time by us, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check our current Terms and Conditions, before making any purchase. Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authority to amend this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.
